摘 要:目的探讨线上教学翻转课堂模式在妇产科临床实习教学中的应用效果。方法选取120名妇产科实习的临床医学八年制实习生作为研究对象,采用抛硬币法等比随机分为对照组(采用传统带教)与研究组(采用线上教学翻转课堂),每组60名。比较两组实习成绩、辩证思维能力及对教学效果的满意度。结果研究组理论考试成绩、技能操作成绩及实习总成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组实习生的理论认知评分(86.29±3.78)分、生活应用评分(84.66±3.67)分均分别高于对照组的(83.48±3.63)分、(80.13±3.59)分(P<0.05)。研究组实习生对各方面教学效果满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论线上教学翻转课堂模式可有效提高妇产科临床实习教学满意度,促进实习生实习成绩与辩证思维能力提升,具有临床推广价值。Objective To explore the application effect of flipped classroom model of online teaching in obstetrics and gynecology clinical practice teaching.Methods 120 clinical medical eight year interns in obstetrics and gynecology were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the control group(using traditional teaching)and the research group(using online teaching flipped classroom)by using the coin toss method,with 60 participants in each group.Practice Results,dialectical thinking ability and satisfaction with teaching effect were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of theory examination,skill operation and practice in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The theoretical cognitive scores(86.29±3.78)points and life application scores(84.66±3.67)points of interns in the study group were higher than those in the control group(83.48±3.63)points and(80.13±3.59)points respectively(P<0.05).The satisfaction of interns in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The flipped classroom model of online teaching can effectively improve the satisfaction of obstetrics and gynecology clinical practice teaching,and promote the internship performance and dialectical thinking ability of interns,It has the value of clinical promotion.
