摘  要:茶树良种‘碧香早’系以‘福鼎大白茶’为母本、‘云南大叶茶’为父本采用杂交育种法育成,1993年由湖南省农作物品种审定委员会审定为省级茶树良种。该品种芽叶生育力较强,茸毛较多,适制性较强;制绿茶翠绿显毫、味浓爽、栗香高长,生产上得到了较广泛推广应用。本文综合介绍了茶树良种‘碧香早’的品种特性、茶类适制性与加工利用情况,提出基于品种特性采用适宜工艺以充分发挥和利用该品种的潜在价值。本文可为今后推广与充分利用‘碧香早’茶树良种提供参考。The improved tea cultivar Bixiangzao was bred by cross breeding with Fuding Dabai as the female parent and Yunnan Daye as the male parent.In 1993,it was approved as a provincial improved tea cultivar by Hunan Crop Variety Approval Committee.This cultivar has strong bud and leaf fertility,more pubescence and strong adaptability;Green tea is green,delicious,and chestnut flavored.It has been widely used in production.This paper comprehensively introduced the cultivar characteristics,tea adaptability,processing and utilization of the improved tea cultivar Bixiangzao,and put forward the adoption of appropriate technology based on the cultivar characteristics to give full role and make use of the potential value of this cultivar.This paper could provide a reference for the promotion and full utilization of Bixiangzao in the future.
