摘 要:当前,人类文明正在经历数智化变迁,属于人类的数智时代已然到来。数智化变迁引发了学校教育的深刻变革。这一变革是推动教育数字化转型的重要组成,是实现教育公平理想的有力举措,是建设高质量教育体系的行动保障,也是服务可持续发展教育的历史选择。在学校变革的进程中,逐渐呈现出以虚实交融的办学空间、与时偕行的理念技术、科学智能的治理模式等为主要表征的未来图景,显现出智能个性化、泛在生态化、交互合作化等变革特点。与此同时,学校变革的目标导向以人类本体为核心,更为注重人本化的育人取向、深度化的真实学习和创新力的激活培养。当然,学校变革既是局域性变革,也是全域性变革,旨在满足以空间性需求、功能性需求和技术性需求为代表的基本需求,确保变革稳步推进、切实有效。为实现学校变革的应然样态,学校教育亟须改进治理能力,提升治理效能,深化学校变革治理路径研究,包括加强未来学校研究以强化变革意识、融合数字技术以规范学校治理机制、整合多元主体以完善治理组织构成、健全防范体系以化解技术治理风险等。At present,human civilization is undergoing the transforma tion of digitalization and ineligence,and the age of digitalization and itelligence has already arrived.The transforma tion can empower social productivity,promote the innovation of productive method,and lead human beings to conduct indepth thinking and exploration of the future society.At the same time,the pulling influence of the transformation on human education will be further highlighted,especially triggering profound school educational transformation.In the face of contermporary background and development mission of promoting Chinese path to education modernization and strengt hening education,school transforma tion has a profound meaning and is important to promote the digital transformation of education,powerful initiative to realize the ideal of educational equity,action guarantee to build high-quality educational system,an historical choice to serve the sustainable educational development.School transformation is based on the present and future,past practice of school transformation at home and abroad is rich anc diverse,and the arrival of the new age inspires people to think about the future of school.development.In the school transformation in the new age,schools gradually outline the future landscape characterized by the virtual and real school space,upda ted technology concept anc scientific and intelligent governance model,showing the main features of intelligent personalization and ubiquitous,ecological and interactive cooperation,and school education will realize the development trend from mechanical to intelligent,from solidification to ubiquitous,and from unidirectional to interactive,dosely connected with human life.At the same time,school.transformation will regard human ontology as the core and pay more attention to humanistic nurturing,inrdepth authentic learning and the activa tion and cultivation of innovativeness.All the educa tional design of schools will be centered on the needs,growth and development of human beings.School tra
