摘　　要：文章以内蒙古科技大学为对象,在分析城乡规划专业人才培养现实困境的基础上,结合新形势下行业对于人才的新需求,探索其人才培养的改革模式:(1)明确专业定位,继续专注空间设计能力的培养;(2)优化课程体系,补充完善国土空间规划相关知识和技能;(3)整合师资队伍,实现多学科协同育人;(4)搭建实践平台,提升学生综合能力,以实现人才培养水平的整体提升。Taking Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology as the object,this article explores the reform mode of talent cultivation based on the analysis of the practical difficulties in talent cultivation for urban and rural planning professionals and the new needs of the industry for talents under the new situation:(1)clarify the professional positioning,and continue to focus on the cultivation of spatial design ability;(2)optimize the curriculum system and supplement and improve knowledge and skills related to Territorial space planning;(3)integrate the teaching staff to achieve multidisciplinary collaborative education;(4)build a practical platform to improve students'comprehensive abilities,so as to achieve the overall improvement of talent cultivation level.
