摘  要:针对当前玉米脱粒机液压传动速度控制过程中忽视其实时状态反馈,导致玉米脱粒机在外界干扰情况下存在传动加速控制能力下降的问题,提出一种基于状态反馈的玉米脱粒机液压传动速度控制方法。首先,构建玉米脱粒机液压传动模型,对脱粒机的液压传动速度进行测算;然后,设计模糊PID控制器,根据状态反馈增量信息输出控制值调整液压传动速度;最后,构建脱粒机运行观测器,设计脱粒机液压传动状态反馈模块,实现玉米脱粒机液压传动速度控制。实验结果表明:此方法可有效提升玉米脱粒机液压传动速度控制过程的抗干扰能力,提高玉米脱粒机传动加速控制能力。In view of the fact that the feedback of the real-time hydraulic transmission status of the corn thresher is ignored in the current process of the speed control of the hydraulic transmission of the corn thresher,which leads to the problem that the transmission acceleration control capability of the corn thresher is reduced under the external interference.A speed control method of hydraulic transmission for corn thresher based on state feedback is proposed.Firstly,the hydraulic transmission model of corn thresher is constructed,and the hydraulic transmission speed of the thresher is calculated.Then,a fuzzy PID controller is designed to adjust the hydraulic transmission speed according to the output control value of the state feedback increment information.Finally,the operation observer of the thresher is constructed,and the hydraulic transmission status feedback module of the thresher is designed to realize the hydraulic transmission speed control of the corn thresher.The experimental results show that this method can effectively improve the anti-interference ability of the speed control process of the hydraulic drive of the corn thresher,and enhance the acceleration control ability of the corn thresher transmission.
