摘  要:浙江省于2014年成立全国首家省级层面的教师教育质量监控中心,成为全国各地教师教育质量监测学习的模板。科学建立质量监测指标可以为教师培养提供评价依据,有利于浙江模板的持续性发展。基于全面质量管理理论和CIPP模型,结合德尔菲法和层次分析法,构建包括投入质量、过程质量和产出质量三大维度的浙江省教师培养质量监测指标,可以为科学监测教学质量、培养高质量职前教师队伍、实现教育共同富裕提供参考。In 2014,Zhejiang Province established the first provincial-level Teacher Education Quality Monitoring Center in China,setting the precedent for education quality monitoring across the country.The scientific establishment of quality monitoring index provides an evaluation basis for teacher training and promotes the sustainable development of the Zhejiang model.Drawing upon comprehensive quality management theory and the CIPP model,as well as incorporating the Delphi method and hierarchical analysis,this paper has constructed a framework of teacher education quality monitoring index that encompasses three dimensions:input quality,process quality,and output quality,in order to serve as a reference for scientifically monitoring teaching quality,nurturing a high-quality per-service teacher workforce,and ultimately achieving shared prosperity in education.
