摘 要:教师是确保职业学校人才培养质量的第一要素,建设与时俱进、高水平的师资队伍,是职业学校改革发展的重要任务。新教师作为职业学校师资的后备力量和未来的中坚力量,其教学能力的提升是职业学校未来教学质量提升的关键因素。同时,知识经济时代,随着新技术革命和工业转型,职业学校专业课新教师如何握紧时代的接力棒,深化教学改革,提升教学能力也迫在眉睫。本文以职业学校专业课新教师师资来源为切入点,分析了职业学校专业课新教师教学能力现状和问题,并在此基础上结合时代背景下对人才的需求,探索新教师教学能力提升路径,助力专业课新教师成长。Teachers are the first element to ensure the quality of talent cultivation in vocational schools.Building a high-level teaching staff that keeps up with the times is an important task for the reform and development of vocational schools.As the reserve force and future backbone of vocational school teachers,the improvement of new teachers'teaching ability is a key factor in improving the quality of future teaching in vocational schools.At the same time,in the era of knowledge economy,with the new technological revolution and industrial transformation,it is urgent for new teachers of professional courses in vocational schools to grasp the baton of the times,deepen teaching reform and improve teaching ability.This article takes the source of new teachers for professional courses in vocational schools as the starting point,analyzes the current situation and problems of teaching ability of new teachers for professional courses in vocational schools,and based on this,combined with the demand for talent in the context of the times,explores the path to improve the teaching ability of new teachers and helps them grow.
