摘 要:临床营养科是医学与营养学交叉创新和融合的重要综合学科,而肠内营养是其中一项非常重要的工作内容。随着医院营养科规范化管理的推进和肠内营养的快速开展,医疗机构对营养专业人才的要求越来越高。进修学习是医学人才毕业后进行继续教育培训的一个重要方式,许多基层医院往往选派营养科人员到上级医院进修,以便提高医疗机构的营养治疗水平。为了提高新时期营养科医师肠内营养治疗的水平,近几年来,广西医科大学第一附属医院临床营养科对进修生肠内营养的培训模式进行了一些改革和探索,发现采用基于PBL的床旁教学模式提高了进修生的学习主动性和临床实践能力,同时促进带教老师知识理论的更新,师生共同提高了教学质量。The clinical nutrition department is an important comprehensive discipline of the cross innovation and integration of medicine and nutrition,and enteral nutrition is a very important work content.With the promotion of standardized management of nutrition department and the rapid development of enteral nutrition,medical institutions have higher requirements for nutrition professionals.Further study is an important way of continuing education and training for medical talents after graduation.Many primary hospitals often send nutrition department staff to higher hospitals for further study in order to improve the level of nutritional treatment in medical institutions.In recent years,department of clinical nutrition has carried out some reforms and explorations on the training mode of enteral nutrition for advanced students in the nutrition department,and found that the combination of problem-based learning(PBL)and bedside teaching mode can improve students'learning initiative and clinical practice ability.At the same time,it promotes the updating of teachers'knowledge theory and improves the teaching quality.
