摘  要:妇产科学是临床医学专业必须掌握的主修科目之一。如何提高这门课程的教学质量,在有限的教学时间内系统讲授该学科的重点和难点知识,培养学生的学科兴趣和规范的临床操作能力,为其以后的临床工作打下扎实的坚实的基础,一直是授课教师不断探索研究的问题。在教学模式上进行探索,采用以授课为导向的教学法(lecture-based learning,LBL)、以案例为导向的教学法(case-based learning,CBL)、以问题为导向的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)和以团队为导向的教学(team-based learning,TBL)等多种方法相组合的模式,多角度、多层次,多方位开展教学工作,促进学生理论知识与实践相结合的能力,提高教学质量,提升学生对教学的满意度。同时,培养医学生沟通交流、独立思考、分析问题和解决问题的能力,把教学改革与人才培养有机结合,培育出更多符合当代医学要求的复合型医学人才。Obstetrics and gynecology is one of the major subjects that clinical medicine majors must master.How to improve the teaching quality of this course,systematically teaching the key and difficult knowledge of the subject within limited teaching time,cultivating students'interest in the subject and standardized clinical operation ability,laying a solid foundation for their future clinical work,has always been problems that teaching teachers continuously explore and research.Exploring the teaching mode,adopting a combination of teaching methods such as lecture-based learning(LBL),case-based learning(CBL),problem-based learning(PBL)and team based learning(TBL),to carry out teaching work from multiple perspectives,levels and directions.Promote students'ability to combine theoretical knowledge with practice,improve teaching quality,and enhance students'satisfaction with teaching.At the same time,cultivate the ability of medical students to communicate,think independently,analyze and solve problems,organically combine teaching reform with talent cultivation,and cultivate more composite medical talents that meet the requirements of contemporary medicine.
