军队医学院校文职人员执教工作探析

摘　　要：非现役文职人员是我军建设发展的重要新生力量,也是军队医学院校培养高素质人才的重要基石,根据非现役文职人员的结构年轻化、自我意识强,思维活跃化、享乐主义强,学历层次高阶化、科研素养强,价值取向多样化、政治素养弱,来源广泛化、内外环境复杂等特点,针对性地提出加强思想政治建设、增强职业认同感、增强职业幸福感、提升自身业务能力、增强继续教育力度、加强职业规划力度、优化奖励表彰机制等对策,从多方面正确引导非现役文职人员做好军队医学院校执教工作,为部队发展建设提供可靠的人才建设团队。Non-active civilian personnel is an important new force in the construction and development of our army,and also an important cornerstone for cultivating high-quality talents in military academies and universities.According to the characteristics of non-active civilian personnel,such as younger structure,strong self-awareness,active thinking,strong hedonism,higher level of academic qualifications,strong scientific research literacy,diversified value orientation,weak political literacy,extensive sources,and complex internal and external environment,the countermeasures such as strengthening ideological and political construction,enhancing professional identity,enhancing professional happiness,improving their own professional ability,enhancing continuing education,strengthening career planning,and optimizing the reward and commendation mechanism are proposed.It is necessary to correctly guide non-active civilian personnel to do a good job in teaching military academies and universities in various aspects,so as to provide a reliable personnel building team for the development and construction of the troops.
