摘  要:从防灾减灾具备的强大教育功能和广泛社会影响的角度,论述了防灾减灾教育进入学校的必要性,强调了学校防灾减灾教育的开展是实现全民科学防灾减灾的关键。基于多年的防灾减灾教学实践,提出了一些有效开展学校防灾减灾教育的建议和措施,主要是通过教学内容的“四个递进”、教学安排的“三个转变”,推动学校防灾减灾教育改革。同时,针对当前学校防灾减灾教育所面临的困境,提出了一些解决或缓解的具体措施。From the perspective of powerful educational function and extensive social influence of disaster prevention and reduction,we discussed that it is of great necessity to carry out disaster prevention and reduction education in school,and pointed out that school education is the key to realizing scientific disaster prevention and reduction for the people of the whole country.Based on teaching practice on disaster prevention and reduction for several years,we also proposed some suggestions and measures to effectively carry out disaster prevention and reduction education in school.Among them,the main measure of“four progressions”in teaching content and“three changes”in teaching arrangement could promote the reform of disaster prevention and reduction education in school.At last,in view of the current challenges faced by disaster prevention and reduction education in school,we proposed some specific measures to solve or alleviate.
