摘 要:“三全育人”是新时期高校人才培养的重要理念。作者以“三全育人”为引领,从三个层面阐述了开展线性代数课程教学创新与实践。首先,从课程、学生以及教师的特点阐述了现阶段线性代数课程教学存在的问题。其次,从教学内涵、教学内容、教学模式、教学指导、教学评价这五个方面介绍了“三全育人”背景下线性代数课程教学的创新与举措。最后,从学生创新能力、教学满意度、教师教研能力、课程推广情况介绍了线性代数课程教学的创新效果。The concept of“San Quan Education”is an important concept for talent cultivation in universities in the newera.The author,guided by the concept of“San Quan Education”,elaborates on the innovation and practice of teaching linear algebra from three levels.Firstly,the existing problems in the teaching of linear algebra courses at the current stage were explained based on the characteristics of the curriculum,students,and teachers.Secondly,this article introduces the innovation and measures of linear algebra course teaching under the background of“San Quan Education”fromthe following five aspects:teaching connotation,teaching content,teaching mode,teaching guidance,and teaching evaluation.Finally,the innovative effects of linear algebra course teaching were introduced from the perspectives of students’innovation ability,teaching satisfaction,teachers’teaching and research ability,and course promotion.
