摘 要:教师的专业发展可以划分为不同的阶段,已有研究表明,不同专业发展阶段的教师在问题解决能力、教学策略、课堂教学及职业心理等方面存在差异。文章通过对中小学新手教师在教育科研项目申报文本的分析,发现新手教师教育科研问题的选择范围广泛,能够紧跟教育教学中的热点问题,而在研究设计与规划、研究成果预期等方面存在问题。基于以上发现,提出新手教师在教育科研及课题、项目申报中需要注意的问题及改进建议。The professional development of teachers can be divided into several stages.Existing research indicates that teachers at different stages of professional development exhibit variations in problem-solving ability,teaching strategies,classroom instruction,and professional psychology.This article analyzed the educational research project proposal texts of novice teachers in primary and secondary schools and found that novice teachers have a wide range of choices for educational research problems,enabling them to keep up with the hot issues in educational research.However,they face issues in research designing and planning,as well as in the anticipation of research outcomes.Based on these findings,this article puts forward issues that novice teachers need to pay attention to and provides suggestions for improvement in educational research,as well as in proposal and project applications.
