摘  要:职业教育的高质量发展离不开高质量的教师教育,教师教育政策在很大程度上左右着教育改革与发展。使用Nvivo软件对1985—2022年的职教教师教育政策进行编码分析,结合已有研究构建了由职教教师教育目标、模式、内容以及保障与支持四个维度及十五个要素构成的分析框架。研究发现,1985—2022年我国职教教师教育政策在教育目标、培养模式、教育内容以及教育保障与支持上均有所发展。根据政策发展趋势及其与高质量发展要求之间存在的差距,我国职教教师教育应扎根实践需要,凸显政策目标针对性;拓宽实施主体,持续推进培养模式改革创新;强化内涵建设,全方位提升教师职业能力;完善保障支持,加强制度评价与设施建设。High-quality vocational education cannot be developed without high-quality teacher education,and teacher education policies largely influence educational reform and development.The policy texts of teachers'education of vocational education was coded and analyzed by using Nvivo,and an analytical framework consiting of four dimensions and fifteen elements of teachers'education of vocational education goals,modes,contents,and.guarantees and supports was constructed by combining existing studies.The study found that from 1985 to 2022,the policies of teachers’education of vocational education in China have developed in terms of goals,training models,contents,and guarantee and support.Based on the policy development trend and the gap between it and the requirements of high-quality development,it is proposed to strengthen the targeting of policy goals by gauging practical needs,broadening the implementation subjects and continuously promoting the reform and innovation of the training mode;making efforts to strengthen the intemnal construction and enhance teachers’professional competence in all aspects,and to improve the guarantee and support so as to strengthen the system evaluation and facility construction.
