摘  要:为研究钢轨波磨对高速车辆-道岔系统动力学性能的影响,建立高速车辆-道岔刚柔耦合动力学模型,考虑道岔区多钢轨的柔性变形,通过数值模拟来描述钢轨表面波磨;考虑钢轨波磨的分布相位、波长、波深及通过速度等影响因素,重点分析道岔区波磨工况下轮轨垂向力和车辆部件垂向振动的变化规律。研究结果表明:在尖轨顶宽40 mm处,当钢轨波磨处于波深时变率最大的相位时,尖轨侧轮轨垂向力最大;道岔区波磨会缩短轮载过渡段长度;当波长为150 mm、波深达到0.08 mm时,尖轨侧车轮在轮载过渡段完全减载,出现瞬间轮轨分离现象;轮轨垂向力、车辆轴箱垂向振动加速度最大值与波长呈负相关,与波深、速度呈正相关。In order to study the effect of rail corrugation on the dynamic performance of the high-speed vehicle-turnout system,a rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model of high-speed vehicle-turnout was established.Considering the flexible deformation of multiple rails in the turnout area,the surface corrugation of the rail was described by numerical simulation,and the influence factors such as distribution phase,wavelength,depth of wave and passing speed of rail corrugation were considered.The variation laws of wheel-rail vertical force and the vertical vibration of the vehicle components under the condition of corrugation in the turnout area were emphatically analyzed.The results show that when the rail corrugation is in the phase with the largest time-varying rate of the wave depth at the top width of the switch rail of 40 mm,the wheel-rail vertical force on the switch rail side is the largest.The rail corrugation of the turnout area will shorten the length of the wheel-load transition section.When the wavelength is 150 mm and the wave depth reaches 0.08 mm,the wheel on the side of switch rail is completely reduced in the wheel-load transition section,and the instantaneous wheel-rail separation phenomenon occurs.The maximum value of the wheel-rail vertical force and the vertical vibration acceleration of the vehicle axle box is negatively correlated with the wavelength,and positively correlated with the wave depth and speed.
