摘 要:“教育评价”作为孔子教育思想当中重要的一环,在教导弟子过程中发挥着重要的作用。从评价主体来看,孔子主张“他评”与“自评”相结合,注重从内外两种途径加强自我完善;从评价过程来看,孔子主张动静相融合的评价方式,强调以发展的眼光来看问题;从评价结果来看,孔子认为教育评价不仅仅是“结果”,更是因材施教的方向。这些对于教育评价改革来说均有一定的借鉴意义,在教育评价改革过程中,应该构建多元化评价主体,发展多维化、多层次评价体系,明确以评促改、以评促发展的评价方针。As an important part of Confucius'thought of education,"educational evaluation"plays an important role in the process of teaching disciples.From the point of view of the main body of evaluation,Confucius advocated the combination of"other evaluation"and"self-evaluation",and paid attention to strengthening self-perfection in both internal and external ways;From the perspective of evaluation process,Confucius advocated the integration of dynamic and dynamic evaluation,emphasizing the perspective of development;Judging from the evaluation results,Confucius believes that educational evaluation is not only the"result",but also the basis for teaching students according to their aptitude.All these have certain reference significance for the reform of educational evaluation.In the process of educational evaluation reform,we should build a diversified evaluation sub-ject,develop a multi-dimensional and multi-level evaluation system,and clarify the evaluation policy of promoting reform and development through evaluation.
