摘　　要：高职院校物流管理专业的主要工作目标,是培养面向生产型的中小企业、机关和事业单位的物流管理专业人才。文章分析高职院校现代物流管理专业人才培养现状,探讨基于新教改的高职院校现代物流管理专业人才培养策略,指出高职院校要做好五个方面:强化监管制度,提高教学质量;提高教师综合素质,完善教学体系;建设现代物流管理专业平台,提高专业竞争力;深化产教学相融合,推进双主体育人;重视学生实践能力,构建人才培养新模式。The main goal of vocational colleges is to cultivate professional talents related to logistics management for small and medium-sized enterprises,government agencies and public institutions,logistics companies,and other production-oriented enterprises.The article analyzes the current situation of talent cultivation in modern logistics management in vocational colleges,explores strategies for talent cultivation in modern logistics management based on the new educational reform,and points out that vocational colleges should do five aspects well:strengthen regulatory systems,improve teaching quality;improve the comprehensive quality of teachers and improve the teaching system;building a modern logistics management professional platform to enhance professional competitiveness;deepen the integration of production and teaching,and promote dual sports professionals;emphasize students'practical abilities and build a new model for talent cultivation.
