摘　　要：《食品安全性评价》是在毒理学基础上发展起来的一门课程,其理论性强、内容多,学生学习积极性不高,无法提升学生实践与创新能力。因此,本文提出将虚拟现实技术应用到《食品安全性评价》课程中,旨在优化教学过程、拓宽学生视野,提高学生的实践能力。Food Safety Assessment is a course developed on the basis of toxicology,which is highly theoretical and rich in content.Students'learning enthusiasm is not high,and it cannot improve their practical and innovative abilities.Therefore,this article proposes to apply virtual reality technology to the course"Food Safety Evaluation",aiming to optimize the teaching process,broaden students'horizons,and improve their practical abilities.
