摘　　要：在职业教育类型化定位和经济转型升级的双重驱动下,高职院校招收了大量社会生源学生。从愿景上讲,高职教育对社会生源的拓展,是释放国家人力资本红利,践行“人人出彩、技能强国”的核心培养观的有效方式。高职院校扩招要从扩大规模向保障质量转变,必须从入口的大数据赋能、培育的过程强化和考核的质量检测进行强化,并配套以相应的支持策略,真正落实国家对高职学生扩招的发展要求。Driven by both the positioning of vocational education and the economic transformation upgrading,vocational colleges have recruited a large number of social students.From a vision perspective,higher vocational education is an effective way to expand the source of students in society,unleashing the dividends of national human capital,and practicing the core cultivation concept of“everyone excels and skill makes country powerful”.In order to transform the expansion of enrollment in vocational colleges from expanding scale to ensuring quality,it is necessary to strengthen the process of big data empowerment and cultivation at the entrance,as well as the quality testing of assessment,and provide corresponding support strategies to truly implement the development requirements of the country for the expansion of enrollment of vocational students.
