摘 要:高校餐厅是大学生日常生活的重要场所,关系到学生的日常饮食与身体健康。基于中国营养学会推荐的成人每日所需营养及营养标准,简述常见食物中的重要营养成分,分析大学生日常饮食现状,阐述高校餐厅对引导大学生掌握食品营养知识、平衡膳食结构、养成良好饮食习惯的重要作用,以期进一步提高高校餐厅服务水平,为培养优秀人才作出贡献。University restaurants are important places in the daily lives of college students,which are related to their food nutrition and physical health.Based on the recommended daily nutritional requirements and standards for adults by the Chinese Nutrition Association,this article briefly describes the important nutritional components in common foods,analyzes the current dietary situation of college students,and proposes measures for college restaurants to guide college students to understand food nutrition knowledge,balance dietary structure,and develop healthy eating habits,in order to further improve the service level of university restaurants and contribute to the cultivation of outstanding talents.
