摘 要:情商与绩效之关系一直是管理学中的热议话题。本研究以物流企业为研究对象,通过对270名员工进行问卷调查和用SPSS进行数据实证分析,发现在物流企业中个体情商正向影响团队绩效,且团队成员满意度在个体情商与团队绩效之间起到部分中介作用。并且一方面来说,个体情商越高,会帮助提高个人绩效进而提升团队绩效;另一方面,较高的个体情商有助于满意度的提升,而团队绩效通过高满意度的传递,将会得到进一步提升。最后对实证结果进行了原因分析,并在此基础上为物流企业的团队绩效发展提出建议。The relationship between emotional intelligence and performance has always been a hot topic in management.This study focuses on logistics enterprises.Through a questionnaire survey of 270 employees and empirical analysis using SPSS,it was found that individual emotional intelligence positively affects team performance in logistics enterprises,and team member satisfaction plays a partial mediating role between individual emotional intelligence and team performance.And on the one hand,the higher an individual's emotional intelligence,the better their individual performance and thus team performance;On the other hand,a higher individual emotional intelligence helps to improve satisfaction,and team performance will be further improved through the transmission of high satisfaction.Finally,a causal analysis was conducted on the empirical results,and based on this,suggestions were made for the development of team performance in logistics enterprises.
