摘　　要：为全面提升人才培养质量,落实“以人为本”教育理念,构建“一核多维、数元融动”的基础医学教学模式,开启“厚德为先、能力为重、课程为基、素质为本”的教学探索之路。通过近10年的探索与实践,全院教师已将育人目标落实到教学全过程,教学相长取得一定成效。In order to comprehensively improve the quality of personnel training,implement the concept of"people-oriented"education and construct the basic medical teaching mode of"one core with multi-dimensional and integrating with several elements",our school initiates the teaching exploration road of"virtue is first;ability is significant;course is foundation and quality is original".Through nearly 10 years of exploration and practice,all the teachers of the school have implemented the goal of education into the whole teaching process,also teaching benefits teachers as well as students.
