摘 要:目的探讨高职护生自我导向学习能力、未来取向与择业效能之间的相关关系。方法采用方便抽样法,于2021年10月至2022年1月利用自我导向学习能力量表、择业效能感量表和未来取向量表对643名在校大二护生进行调查。结果高职护生自我导向学习能力、择业效能感和未来取向量表总均分分别为(3.54±0.67)分、(3.13±0.62)分、(3.26±0.57)分,自我导向学习能力、未来取向与择业效能两两呈正相关关系,择业效能在自我导向学习能力和未来取向之间起中介作用。结论高职院校要通过多种方式培养护生自我导向学习能力,提升择业效能感,为未来高质量就业做好准备。Objective To explore the correlation among self-directed learning ability,future orientation,and career selection efficiency of higher vocational nursing students.Methods Using convenience sampling method,a survey was conducted on 643 sophomore nursing students from October 2021 to January 2022 using the Self-directed Learning Ability Scale,Career Selection Efficacy Scale,and Future Orientation Scale.Results The total average scores of Self-directed Learning Ability,Career Selection Efficacy,and Future Orientation Scales for higher vocational nursing students were(3.54±0.67),(3.13±0.62),and(3.26±0.57),respectively.There was a positive correlation between self-directed learning ability,future orientation,and career selection efficacy.Career selection efficacy played a mediating role between self-directed learning ability and future orientation.Conclusion Higher vocational colleges should cultivate nursing students′self-directed learning ability through various means,enhance their sense of career efficacy,and prepare for high-quality employment in the future.
