摘 要:以铁路货车转向架双作用减振器为对象,在RecurDyn软件中建立了准轨煤炭漏斗车的一节车厢的多体动力学模型,并分别对其空车、重车状态下静平衡特性和基于轨道激励的整节车厢振动特性进行仿真分析。初始状态弹簧压缩量和轮-轨接触力最大偏差均小于5%,符合仿真试验模型可靠性要求。对轨道激励的车厢振动即点头和浮沉激扰工况进行仿真分析。结果表明:在空车状态下,仅由常摩擦减振弹簧提供减振力;在重车状态下,常摩擦和变摩擦减振弹簧一起提供减振力,空车、重车状态下相对摩擦系数均处于理想范围内,车辆垂向动力学性能更好。双作用减振器对缓和振动冲击影响显著,为转向架摩擦减振系统的动态特性分析与性能评估提供一种有效的研究方法。According to the double-action damper of railroad wagon bogie,a multi-body dynamic model of one carriage of a coal hopper car on the alignment rail is established in RecurDyn software,and the static equilibrium characteristics and the vibration characteristics of the whole carriage based on the rail excitation are simulated and studied under its empty and heavy carriage states respectively.The maximum deviation of spring compression and wheel-rail contact force in the initial state is less than 5%,which meets the requirement of reliable simulation test model.The vibration of the carriage based on rail excitation includes nodding and floating and sinking excitation conditions,which are simulated and analyzed.The simulation results show by analyzing the wheel-rail vertical force,the friction between the inclined wedge and the side-frame and the spring compression.It is concluded that in the empty car condition,only the normal friction damping spring provides the damping force.In the heavy car condition,the normal friction and the variable friction damping spring provide the damping force together,so that the relative friction coefficients in the empty and heavy car conditions are in the ideal range,and the vehicle vertical dynamics performance is better.It is verified that the dualaction damper has a significant impact on the vibration shock mitigation,and also provides an effective and reliable research method for the dynamic characteristics analysis and performance evaluation of the bogie friction damping system.
