摘  要:客户流失是餐饮企业普遍面临的问题,机器学习技术能为餐饮企业提供便捷的数据分析工具,餐饮企业可根据客户基本信息及消费产生的订单信息构建客户流失特征,结合分类算法中的决策树算法与支持向量机算法预测客户流失,调整销售策略,从而减少客户流失,提高餐饮企业的收益。经过实验证明,支持向量机算法能更准确地预测出准流失的客户,更适合进行餐饮企业客户流失预测,对餐饮企业针对性挽留客户策略的实施具有指导作用。Customer loss is a common problem faced by catering enterprises.Machine learning technology can provide convenient data analysis tools for catering enterprises.Catering enterprises can construct the characteristics of customer loss according to the basic information of customers and the order information generated by consumption,combine the decision tree algorithm and support vector machine algorithm in the classification algorithm to predict customer loss,adjust the sales strategy,reduce customer loss,and improve the income of catering enterprises.Experiments prove that support vector machine algorithm can predict quasi-lost customers more accurately.It is more suitable for customer loss prediction of catering enterprises,and has played guiding role for the targeted implementation of customer retention strategies of catering enterprises.
