基于毕业生与用人单位满意度调查的会计学专业教育质量及其提升路径研究——以唐山学院为例

摘  要:为发挥应用型本科院校在教育强国战略中的重要作用,完成从被动适应社会发展需要到主动引领人才供给的转变,实现高水平的一流本科专业建设,依托问卷星平台对唐山学院会计学专业毕业生及其所在用人单位进行满意度调查。结果显示,毕业生对在校期间的能力培养与教育教学情况及用人单位对毕业生就业能力与知识技能总体评价良好。虽然会计学专业毕业生与其用人单位的需求基本得到满足,但深入分析显示会计学专业的教育质量仍有提升空间,高校应从创新人才培养模式、重构课程体系、增强师资力量、形成质量保障机制四个方面进一步提升会计学专业的教育质量。In order to play the important role of application-oriented institutes in the strategy of a strong and powerful nation,and complete the transformation from passively adapting to the needs of social development to actively leading the supply of talents,a questionnaire survey is conducted to investigate the satisfaction degree by graduates of accounting major and their employers in Tangshan University based on the platform of Wenjuanxing.The results show that the graduates have a good evaluation of ability training and education teaching quality,as well as the evaluation on employability and skills of graduates from employers.Although the needs of accounting graduates and their employers are basically met,in-depth analysis shows that there is still room for improvement in the quality of accounting education.It is suggested to provide a starting point and basis for colleges and universities to further improve the quality of professional education from the following four aspects:innovation of personnel training mode,reconstruction of curriculum system,enhancement of teachers and formation of quality assurance mechanism.
