摘　　要：加强新时代特岗教师队伍建设是乡村教师队伍建设的重要课题。吉林省永吉县通过组织全县部分特岗教师参加问卷调查、基层学校领导访谈等形式,全面了解特岗教师队伍现状及存在问题,提出加强建设新时代乡村青年特岗教师队伍的对策:制定部门联动、协同管理机制;健全政治理论学习制度,加强师德长效机制建设;建立特岗教师专业发展支持体系,畅通特岗教师专业发展通道等,不断提高全县特岗教师队伍质量,为全县教育高质量发展和乡村振兴提供有力的人才支撑。Strengthening the construction of special post teaching staff in the new era is an important topic in constructing rural teaching staff.Yongji County of Jilin Province organizes parts of special post teachers in the whole county to participate in questionnaire survey and interviews with leaders of grassroots schools to comprehensively understand the current situation and existing problems of special post teachers,and puts forward countermeasures to strengthen the construction of rural youth special post teaching staff in the new era:developing departmental interaction and collaborative management mechanism;improving the political theory learning system and strengthen the long-term mechanism construction of teachers'ethics;establishing a professional development support system for special post teachers,smooth the channels for professional development of special post teachers,and constantly improve the quality of the county's special post teachers,so as to provide strong talent supports for the county's high-quality education development and rural revitalization.
