摘  要:公费师范生教育硕士的培养工作已经进行了十余年,为国家的基础教育师资质量提升作出了突出贡献。在职培养导致公费师范生教育硕士的培养模式存在一些问题和困境。本文在梳理当下公费师范生教育硕士培养过程中面临问题的基础上,对问题成因进行了适当剖析,并提出了相应的对策建议,以期为公费师范生教育硕士的培养贡献一份力量。The cultivation of the master of public funded normal education has been ongoing for ten years,making outstanding contributions to the improvement of the quality of fundamental education teachers.Due to onthe-job training,there are some problems and difficulties in the training mode of the master of public funded normal education.On the basis of sorting out the problems faced in the current training process,this article conducts appropriate analysis and proposes corresponding suggestions,in order to contribute to the cultivation of the master of public funded normal education.
