摘 要:氢气是一种环境友好、零碳排放的清洁能源,微生物制氢引起了全世界的关注。褐煤作为高碳资源是内蒙古自治区最主要优势矿产资源,褐煤的高水分等特点严重限制了其燃烧、热解、气化等转化利用,但褐煤可微生物转化产生氢气。内蒙古丰富的褐煤作为原料,以褐煤自有化学成分腐植酸中的可溶于水的黄腐酸作为外源物质,进行褐煤微生物转化制氢气实验。创新源自实践,通过开展能源化学工程专业创新实验,建立可操作的新工科建设中化工类专业大学生创新能力培养的实践体系。Hydrogen is an environmentally friendly and zero-carbon clean energy.Microbial hydrogen production has attracted worldwide attention.As a high-carbon resource,lignite is the most dominant mineral resource in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.The high moisture content of lignite seriously limits its combustion,pyrolysis,gasification and other thermochemical conversion and utilization,but lignite can produce hydrogen through microbial conversion.The abundant lignite in Inner Mongolia is used as raw material,and the water-soluble fulvic acid in the lignite's own chemical composition fulvic acid is used as an exogenous substance to carry out the experiment of lignite fermentation to produce hydrogen,Innovation comes from practice and through the development of innovative experiments in energy chemical engineering,an operable practical system for the cultivation of innovative ability of chemical engineering students in the construction of new engineering disciplines is established.
