摘  要:采用自编问卷对新疆27所特殊教育学校职业教育发展现状进行调查,发现新疆地区特殊教育学校职业教育主要特点为:学校认可度较高;课程体系不全,市场匹配度不高;多方协作不够,监督评价不足;师资力量薄弱,“双师型”教师缺乏;就业支持不足,教育实效不佳。据此,从职业理念转变、课程体系设置、教育监督评价、师资队伍建设、强化就业转衔五个方面提出建议。A self-administered questionnaire was used to investigate the current situation of vocational education development in 27 special education schools in Xinjiang.The study finds that the main characteristics of vocational education development in special education schools in Xinjiang are:high recognition by schools but differences among subjects;incomplete curriculum system and poor market matching;insufficient collaboration among multiple parties and insufficient supervision and evaluation;weak teaching staff and lack of“dual-qualification”teachers;insufficient employment support and poor educational effectiveness.Accordingly,suggestions are made in five aspects of career concept change,curriculum system setting,education supervision and evaluation,teacher team construction,and strengthening employment transfer.
