摘　　要：“双循环”新发展格局下,中国企业经营管理活动应以满足国内消费需求为主,更高质量地满足国际消费需求。相应地,应用型本科高校工商管理类人才核心能力的培育也应适应新的变化。当前应用型本科高校工商管理类人才核心能力培育主要存在认识不足、培育目标不清晰、课程结构不合理、师资构成单一和实践能力训练难以深入开展等问题。新发展格局下应用型本科高校工商管理类人才核心能力培育路径的构建需要明确核心能力的内涵;建立完善的人才核心能力培育目标体系;以“互联网+”为契机,促进课程结构优化;优化师资结构;与政府、企业深度合作,构建综合实践平台。Under the new development pattern of“Double Circulation”,the operation and management activities of Chinese enterprises should focus on meeting the domestic consumption demand and meet the international consumption demand in a higher quality.Accordingly,the cultivation of the core competence of business administration talents in application-oriented universities should also adapt to the new changes.At present,the cultivation of the core competence of business administration talents in application-oriented universities mainly has some problems,such as insufficient understanding,unclear cultivation objectives,unreasonable curriculum structure,single teacher composition,and difficulty in conducting in-depth practical ability training.Under the new development pattern,the construction of the cultivation path of the core competence of business administration talents in application-oriented universities needs to clarify the connotation of the core competence,establish a perfect target system for cultivating talents’core competence,take the opportunity of“Internet+”to promote the optimization of curriculum structure,optimize the structure of teaching staff,deeply cooperate with the government and enterprises to build a comprehensive practice platform.
