摘 要:维护教育公平是新时代构建高质量教育体系的重要命题。文章围绕家庭背景影响子代高等教育入学机会的城乡差异,构建了包含不同代际维度在内的分析框架,并利用CGSS2018年数据系统检验家庭背景不同指标在城乡间影响模式的代际变迁。实证表明:家庭政治与社会经济背景在城乡间对子女高等教育入学机会的作用模式会随着代际的不同而有所差异,但家庭文化背景却在持续甚至加剧着城乡间教育机会的不平等。基于此,文章分别从政府、学校与家庭层面提出应对建议。Maintaining educational equity is an important proposition for building a high quality education system in the new era.The article focuses on the urban rural differences in the impact of family background on the enrollment opportunities of offspring in higher education,constructs an analytical framework that includes different intergenerational dimensions,and uses the CGSS 2018 data system to test the intergenerational changes in the impact patterns of different indicators of family background between urban and rural areas.Empirical evidence shows that the impact of family political and socio economic background on children’s admission opportunities to higher education varies with generations in urban and rural areas,but family cultural background continues to keep or even exacerbate the inequality of educational opportunities between urban and rural areas.Based on this,the article proposes corresponding suggestions in terms of the government,schools,and families.
