专业课程培养工科大学生终身学习能力的探索与实践——以混合式教学“电机与拖动”课程为例

摘  要:终身学习是大学生适应社会发展和个体发展的需要,混合式教学是高等教育教学改革的趋势之一,通过专业课程的混合式教学提升大学生终身学习能力,使其适应时代和社会的发展。高等学校、教师、大学生应当重视大学生终身学习意识的培养,通过“电机与拖动”课程线上线下混合式教学,在课前自主学习、测验、小组合作完成研讨任务等环节潜移默化地提升学生自我管理、问题求解、交流合作能力和信息素养。教学实践表明,开展线上线下混合教学有利于培养学生通过自主学习、信息查询、交流合作等方式解决问题的能力,拓展学生的创新应用能力,显著提高学生成绩,受到大多数学生的好评和认可。Lifelong learning is the need for college students to adapt to social development and individual develop⁃ment.Mixed teaching is one of the trends of higher education teaching reform.Through mixed teaching of profes⁃sional courses,college students’lifelong learning ability can be improved to adapt to the development of the times and society.Universities,teachers and college students should pay attention to the cultivation of college students’lifelong learning awareness.Through the online/offline mixed teaching of the course Motor and Drives,students’self-management,information literacy,problem solving,communication and cooperation ability can be impercep⁃tibly improved in such links as independent learning before class,testing and group cooperation to complete re⁃search tasks.Teaching practice shows that online/offline mixed teaching is conducive to cultivating students’problem-solving ability through independent learning,information inquiry,communication and cooperation,ex⁃panding students’innovative application ability,and significantly improving students’performance,which is praised and recognized by most students.
