摘 要:幼儿教师生存状态是指幼儿教师所处的客观生活条件以及表现出的主观态度。该文运用问卷法、访谈法等,调查研究了岳阳市某区普惠性民办幼儿园302名幼儿教师的生存状态。结果显示,“转普”后民办幼儿园的幼儿教师在专业发展和工作环境方面有了一定的改善,但依旧面临着薪酬工资待遇不高、工作时间较长等问题。从赫兹伯格的双因素理论出发,提出两点对策来改善幼儿教师的生存状态:一要落实扶持政策,促进民办幼儿园教师专业发展与晋升,形成工作内部激励机制;二要加强办园引导,规范管理方式,稳步提高幼儿教师的工作条件和福利待遇。The living status of preschool teachers refers to the objective living conditions and subjective attitudes of preschool teachers.The study uses questionnaire and interview methods to investigate the living conditions of 302 preschool teachers in inclusive private kindergartens in a district of Yueyang City.The results show that the professional development and working environment of preschool teachers in private kindergartens have improved to some extent after the transformation to inclusive private kindergartens,but they still face problems such as low wages and long working hours.Starting from Herzberg’s two-factor theory,two countermeasures are proposed to improve the living status of preschool teachers:first,we must implement support policies to promote the profes⁃sional development and promotion of private kindergarten teachers,and form an internal incentive mechanism;second,we must strengthen kindergarten-running guidance,standardize management methods,and steadily im⁃prove the working conditions and welfare and wages of preschool teachers.
