摘 要:目的 研究情景模拟教学联合WebQuest模式在急诊实践教学中的作用。方法 选取南京医科大学本科班四年级学生,课程选取急诊医学急性心肌梗死急诊处置临床技能训练,学生随机分为传统教学组、情景模拟教学组、WebQuest教学组、情景模拟教学联合WebQuest教学组(联合教学组),学习完成后考核其实践能力,并由各组学生对本组教学方法作出评估反馈。结果 四组学生实践能力考核总分比较,差异有统计学意义(F=7.85,P<0.05),联合教学组实践能力考核总分高于其他三组,差异均有统计学意义(LSD-t分别=25.75、17.28、10.86,P均<0.05)。四组学生对各自所接受教学方式的反馈评分结果比较,差异有统计学意义(F=32.63,P<0.05),联合教学组反馈评分高于其他三组,差异均有统计学意义(LSD-t分别=23.20、10.50、5.91,P均<0.05)。结论 情景模拟教学联合WebQuest教学在急诊实践训练中是行之有效的教学方法,值得推广应用。Objective To study the role of situational simulation teaching combined with WebQuest mode in emergen⁃cy practice teaching.Methods The clinical skills training of emergency management for acute myocardial infarction were selected as the teaching course for the senior students of undergraduate of Nanjing Medical University.They were randomly divided into traditional teaching group,situational simulation teaching group,WebQuest teaching group,situa⁃tional simulation teaching combined with WebQuest teaching group(combined teaching methods group),and their practi⁃cal ability was assessed after learning.The teaching score evaluated by students was compared.Results The results of practice assessment among the four groups was statistically different(F=7.85,P<0.05).The practice assessment result of the combined teaching methods group was higher than that of the other three groups,and the differences were statisti⁃cally significant(LSD-t=25.75,17.28,10.86,P<0.05).The feedback evaluation score of teaching methods among the four groups was statistically different(F=32.63,P<0.05).The feedback score of the combined teaching methods group was higher than that of the other three groups,with statistically significant differences(LSD-t=23.20,10.50,5.91,P<0.05).Conclusion Situational simulation teaching combined with WebQuest teaching is an effective teaching method in emergency practice training,and it is worth popularized applying.
