摘  要:目的 分析浙江大学临床医学专业不同性别、不同学制医学生批判性思维能力,优化教学方式方法。方法 选择2022年12月至2023年9月在浙江大学附属妇产科医院妇科肿瘤科实习的浙江大学临床医学五年制、八年制医学生共44名,在临床带教中对医学生进行批判性思维能力的培养。在实习结束时采用批判性思维能力测量表中文版(CTDI-CV)共7个维度进行问卷星调查,分析不同性别、不同学制医学生批判性思维能力的差异。结果 44名浙江大学医学生的CTDI-CV总分为(256.68±23.78)分,其中只有9名(20.45%)医学生具有正性的批判性思维能力(总分≥280分),仅“寻找真理”和“自信能力”表现为正性的批判性思维能力倾向(单项维度得分≥40分)。在分析能力方面男生较女生高,在求知欲方面,八年制较五年制医学生高,差异均有统计学意义(t分别=1.96、1.99,P均<0.05)。结论 浙江大学临床医学实习医学生批判性思维能力整体仍较弱,有较大的提升空间。针对不同性别、不同学制的医学生可根据自身批判性思维能力特点采取不同的教学方式。Objective To investigate the critical thinking abilities of clinical medical students with different genders and educational systems at Zhejiang University,thus to optimize the teaching methods.Methods A total of 44 clinical medical students from Zhejiang University who were interning in the Department of Gynecologic Oncology,Women’s Hos⁃pital,Zhejiang University School of Medicine from December 2022 to September 2023 voluntarily joined in the study.We paid attention to cultivation of their critical thinking during the internship process.At the end of the internship,the criti⁃cal thinking ability of medical students was measured using the Chinese version of the critical thinking disposition inven⁃tory-Chinese version(CTDI-CV),and the differences in critical thinking ability from different genders and educational systems were compared.Results The average total score of critical thinking in medical students of Zhejiang University was 256.68±23.78.Nine of them were positive(overall score≥280).Only"searching for truth"and"assertiveness"showed a positive tendency to critical thinking ability(single dimension score≥40).The analytical ability of male stu⁃dents was higher than that of female students,and the thirst for knowledge in 8-year medical students was higher than that of 5-year medical students,with statistical significance(t=1.96,1.99,P<0.05).Conclusion The critical thinking ability of clinical medical students in Zhejiang University is still weak,and there is a large space for improvement.Ac⁃cording to the characteristics of their critical thinking ability,different teaching methods can be adopted for medical stu⁃dents of different genders and different academic systems.
