摘  要:马克思主义持有鲜明的“以人为本”的价值立场,同时,马克思主义认为,“以人为本”离不开社会条件的支持,即只有在社会之中个体才能获得发展。另一方面,道德实践从产生之时起便是在“以人为本”的价值立场下而被哲学家们关注和讨论的。这与马克思主义一以贯之的“以人为本”的价值主张是一致相通的。在道德实践领域,哲学家把对人的生命自由本性的肯定和对人的生命价值的彰显看作是人类给自己规定的道德规律所要遵循的基本原则。这体现出“以人为本”的理念对于道德实践的理论指导作用。对于以“道德实践”为对象的道德教育实践来看,遵循“以人为本”的理念自然也成为了道德教育实践所应坚持的价值主张,而且,从今天道德教育实践的实际来看,“以人为本”理念也必然会成为改进道德教育实践的一种行之有效的思想方法。Marxism holds a distinct value position of“putting people first”.At the same time,Marxism believes that“putting people first”cannot be separated from the support of social conditions,that is,only in the society can individuals obtain development.On the other hand,moral practice has been concerned and discussed by philosophers under the value standpoint of“putting people first”since its generation.This is consistent with the“putting people first”value proposition of Marxism.In the field of moral practice,philosophers regard the affirmation of the nature of human life and the manifestation of the value of human life as the basic principles to be followed by the moral laws prescribed by human beings.This shows that the concept of“putting people first”plays a guiding role in moral practice.For the moral education practice with“moral practice”as the object,the concept of“putting people first”has naturally become the value position that the moral education practice should adhere to.Moreover,from the actual situation of today s moral education practice,the concept of“putting people first”will inevitably become an effective ideological method to improve the moral education practice.
