摘　　要：低升糖指数水稻是食用后使人体血糖缓慢上升并能减少胰岛素负荷、易感饱腹以及减轻糖尿病、心血管疾病、肥胖、高血脂症等症状的水稻。综述了功能性稻米、稻米升糖指数、国内外低升糖指数水稻研究现状与发展前景,旨在对中国低升糖指数水稻品种的选育及其产业开发提供借鉴。Low glycemic index rice is a kind of rice that can slowly increase human blood sugar after consumption,reduce insulin load,ease satiety and alleviate diabetes,cardiovascular disease,obesity,hyperlipidemia and other symptoms.The research status and development prospects of functional rice,rice glycemic index and low glycemic index rice at home and abroad were reviewed in order to provide reference for breeding and industrial development of low glycemic index rice varieties in China.
