摘　　要：食品安全与人们的生命安全息息相关,关乎社会的和谐发展和国家文明富强。在深化“放管服”改革及优化营商环境的大背景下,行政审批环节作为食品生产经营主体进入市场的第一道关口,提高了市场主体的食品安全主体意识,为保障食品安全发挥了奠基石作用。为满足消费者和企业的需求,保障人们的食品安全,食品行政审批环节在实践中需要不断强化完善。在此基础上,本文探讨了行政审批环节的作用及其完善措施。Food safety is closely related to people’s life safety,and is related to the harmonious development of society and the prosperity of national civilization.Against the backdrop of deepening the reform of“delegating powers,regulating powers,and improving the business environment,”the administrative approval process serves as the first gateway for food production and operation entities to enter the market,enhancing the awareness of market entities regarding food safety,and playing a cornerstone role in ensuring food safety.In order to meet the needs of consumers and enterprises and ensure people’s food safety,the food administrative approval process needs to be continuously strengthened and improved in practice.On this basis,this paper discusses the function of administrative examination and approval and its improvement measures.
