摘　　要：本研究为筛选适用于沙门氏菌检测的培养基,比较了4种不同选择性培养基对沙门氏菌的检测效果。研究发现,4种培养基中,鼠伤寒沙门氏菌和甲型副伤寒沙门氏菌的生长率均较高,相较于甲型副伤寒沙门氏菌,鼠伤寒沙门氏菌在亚硫酸铋琼脂培养基、沙门氏菌显色培养基、HE琼脂培养基和木糖赖氨酸脱氧胆酸盐培养基中较易分辨;4种干扰菌中,除木糖赖氨酸脱氧胆酸盐培养基中的奇异变形杆菌难与鼠伤寒沙门氏菌相区分外,其他条件下均可与沙门氏菌区分;4种培养基均对以粪肠球菌为代表的革兰氏阳性菌有明显的抑制作用。This study compared the detection effects of four different selective culture media on Salmonella in order to screen suitable culture media for Salmonella detection.Research has found that among the four culture media,Salmonella typhimurium and Salmonella paratyphi A have higher growth rates.Compared to Salmonella paratyphi A,Salmonella typhimurium is more easily distinguished in bismuth sulfite agar,Salmonella chromogenic medium,HE agar medium,and xylose lysine deoxycholate medium;among the four interfering bacteria,except for Proteus mirabilis in xylose lysine deoxycholate medium,which is difficult to distinguish from Salmonella typhimurium,it can be distinguished from Salmonella under other conditions;all four culture media showed significant inhibitory effects on Gram positive bacteria represented by Enterococcus faecalis.
