摘　　要：随着社会的发展,食品安全问题越来越受到人们的关注。学校作为师生学习和生活的重要场所,其食品卫生安全管理尤为重要。本文通过分析现阶段大多数学校食品安全现状及食品安全风险分析应用的现状和存在的问题,阐述了食品安全风险分析在学校食品安全管理中的作用,为探索制定更加科学、有效的食品安全风险分析方法,切实有效保障师生的健康提供理论参考。With the development of society,food safety issues are receiving increasing attention from people.As an important place for teachers and students to learn and live,the management of food hygiene and safety in schools is particularly important.This article analyzes the current situation and problems of food safety risk analysis in most schools,and elaborates on the role of food safety risk analysis in school food safety management.It provides theoretical reference for exploring and developing more scientific and effective food safety risk analysis methods,and effectively ensuring the health of teachers and students.
