摘  要:目的:运用液相色谱-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定珠海市2019—2021年市售海产品中甲基汞含量,对海产品中甲基汞食用风险进行评估。方法:2019—2021连续3年采集珠海市斗门、香洲、高栏、高新、横琴、金湾、万山区域市售海鱼类、甲壳类、软体类、贝类等海产品,以液相色谱-电感耦合等离子体质谱法进行检测并对甲基汞的浓度进行分析。结果:55.3%的海产品检出甲基汞,甲基汞浓度中位数为0.010 mg·kg^(-1),含量范围为0~0.254 mg·kg^(-1)。不同种类海产品中甲基汞含量由高到低依次为海鱼类(中位数0.021 mg·kg^(-1))、甲壳类(中位数0.013 mg·kg^(-1))、软体类(中位数0.011 mg·kg^(-1))、贝类(中位数0.004 mg·kg^(-1)),不同种类的海产品甲基汞含量除软体类-甲壳类无统计学差异外,其他均有统计学差异。不同地区的海产品甲基汞含量均无统计学差异。不同年份的海产品甲基汞含量除2020—2021年不具有统计学差异外,其余均有统计学差异。结论:珠海市居民日常食用海产品的甲基汞污染程度比较轻微,鱼类甲基汞含量高于其他海产品,孕妇和儿童在选择时应注意食用频率和种类。Objective:To determine the methylmercury content in seafood sold in Zhuhai from 2019 to 2021 by liquid chromatography-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,and to evaluate the edible risk of methylmercury contamination in seafood.Method:From 2019 to 2021,marine fish,crustaceans,mollusks and shellfish sold in Doumen,Xiangzhou,Gaolan,Gaoxin,Hengqin,Jinwan and Wanshan regions of Zhuhai were collected for three consecutive years,and the concentrations of methylmercury were detected by liquid chromatography-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.Result:Methylmercury was detected in 55.3%of seafood.The median methylmercury concentration was 0.010 mg·kg^(-1),and the content ranged from 0 mg·kg^(-1)to 0.254 mg·kg^(-1).The contents of methylmercury in different kinds of seafood from high to low were Marine fish(median 0.021 mg·kg^(-1)),crustaceans(median 0.013 mg·kg^(-1)),mollusks(median 0.011 mg·kg^(-1)),and shellfish(median 0.004 mg·kg^(-1)),respectively.The methylmercury content of different kinds of seafood had statistical difference except for mollusc-crustaceans.There was no statistical difference in the content of methyl mercury in seafood from different regions.The methylmercury content of seafood in different years had statistical differences except that there was no statistical difference in 2020—2021.Conclusion:The degree of methylmercury pollution in seafood eaten by Zhuhai residents is relatively slight,and the content of methylmercury in fish is higher than that of other seafood.Pregnant women and children should pay attention to the frequency and type of consumption when choosing.
