摘  要:为了解南沙区肉菜市场外环境中禽流感病毒的流行特点和趋势,为预防人感染禽流感病毒提供依据,本项目从2021年1月到2022年6月,历时共18个月,一共采集南沙区8个街镇的肉菜市场外环境相关样本1160份,采用实时定量RP-PCR的检测方法进行禽流感病毒的H5/H7/H9分型检测。Ct值≤32.00时结果判定为阳性,共有184份样本检出禽流感病毒,检出率为15.86%。其中,9份检出禽流感病毒H5亚型,检出率为0.78%;173份检出禽流感病毒H9亚型,检出率为14.91%;H5和H9混合亚型阳性2份,检出率为0.17%;所有样本均未检出禽流感病毒H7亚型。检测结果提示南沙区肉菜市场外环境中存在一定的禽流感病毒传播风险,应通过定期的消毒和清洁等措施,降低此风险。In order to understand the epidemic characteristics and trends of avian influenza virus in the external environment of the meat and vegetable market in Nansha District and provide a basis for preventing human infection with the avian influenza virus,this project took a total of 18 months from January 2021 to June 2022 to collect a total of samples related to the environment outside the meat market in 8 streets and towns in Nansha District 1160 samples,using real-time quantitative RP-PCR detection method for H5/H7/H9 classification of avian influenza virus,judged to be positive by Ct value≤32.00.A total of 184 samples detected avian influenza virus,with a detection rate of 15.86%,9 of which detected avian influenza disease The detection rate of H5 subtype is 0.95%,and 173 cases have detected the H9 subtype of avian influenza virus,with a detection rate of 15.09%,and 2 positive cases of H5 and H9 subtypes,with a detection rate of 0.17%.All samples have not detected the H7 subtype of avian influenza virus.The test results indicate that there is a certain risk of avian influenza virus transmission in the external environment of the meat and vegetable market in Nansha district,which should be reduced through regular disinfection and cleaning measures.
