摘 要:我国职业教育体系不断深化改革,定位职业教育类型,全面推进校企合作、产教融合、职普融通、科教融汇,为新时代职教发展提供有效路径。职普融通是现代职业教育体系中重要的组成部分,经历了探索发展阶段、完善发展阶段、持续发展阶段的政策演进过程。在深化运行和实践改革中,职普融通在服务人的全面发展和经济社会高质量发展中仍存在瓶颈问题,在层类交错和实施层面缺乏系统化的方法举措。基于职普融通发展的特征和目标,以“一拳两链”技术路线不断优化职普融通发展体系,逐级完善职教场域层级体系,推进高层次职业教育形成纵向衔接“直通车”,建立完整内需标准体系形成横向融通“立交桥”,建设开放性办学机制形成开放耦合“旋转门”,有组织推进“三融”同向同行,实现职普融通模式创新。China's vocational education system continues to deepen the reform,position the types of it,and promote comprehensive school-enterprise cooperation,integration of industry and education,of vocational and general education and of science and education,providing an effective path for the development of vocational education in the new era.Integration of vocational and general education is an important component of the modern vocational education system,which has undergone a policy evolution process of exploratory development,improvement and sustainable development.However,in the process of deepening operational and practical reform,integration of vocational and general education still faces bottlenecks in achieving comprehensive human development and high-quality economic and social development,and there is a lack of systematic methods and measures at the level of staggered layers and implementation.Based on the characteristics and goals of the development of vocational and general education,the following measures should be taken to realize the innovation of vocational and general education integration model:(1)optimizing the development system of the integration of vocational and general education,with the technical route of"one fist and two chains",(2)improving the hierarchical system of vocational education field level by level,(3)promoting high-level vocational education to form a vertical connection"through train",(4)establishing a complete domestic demand standard system to form a horizontal integration"overpass",(5)building an open school-running mechanism to form an open coupling"revolving door",and(6)organizing the promotion of"three types of integration"in the same direction.
