摘 要:本研究通过建构师范生教育产出的监测指标系统,探讨了不同性别师范生教育产出的差异。研究发现,女生的教育产出整体要优于男生,但在政治参与等一级指标,政治参与、师范技能等二级指标,以及技能等级证书等诸多三级指标方面,男生表现则优于女生。考核方式、“同辈效应”、就业中的性别歧视等因素,都会影响不同性别师范生的教育产出。基于此,师范生培养单位宜通过制定个性化的培养方案、注重过程性评价等提高师范生的教育产出;师范生自身也应有针对性地提升自身的教育产出,在职业竞争中更具主动权。This study explores the differences in educational output among male and female students with normal education by constructing a monitoring indicator system for educational output of them.The results showed that female students had overall better educational output than male students.However,in terms of primary indicators such as political participation,and secondary indicators like political engagement and pedagogical skills,as well as various tertiary indicators including skill level certifications,male students outperform female students.Factors such as evaluation methods,peer effect,gender discrimination in employment can all affect the educational output of male and female students with normal education.Based on this,normal universities and colleges should enhance the educational output of students with normal education by formulating personalized training plans and emphasizing process evaluation,while students with normal education themselves should also take targeted measures to improve their educational output and have more initiative in career competition.
