摘  要:ADDIE模型指导下的医学物理STEM项目,引导学生运用从物理课程中获得知识和技能,并结合信号分析等方法来解决实际生活中的医学相关问题,从而达到增强学科交叉意识、培养创新思维及提升解决问题能力的教学目标.以音准测试项目为例,在了解发音器官的生理结构后,对发音过程和音准进行物理建模,通过Audition音频软件采集声音并做频谱分析,以标准琴音和受过良好音乐训练的被测者为参照制定音准测试方案,分析了音准自我认知和新冠病毒感染带来的嗓子不适等因素对音准的影响.项目执行结果表明:音准曲线能够客观评判被测者的音准情况和嗓子状态.该项目是由学生团队合作、自主探究完成的设计性医学应用实验,是典型的跨学科STEM实践活动,展示了复旦大学医学物理实验课程在践行学科交叉能力培养方面的成效.The medical physics STEM project under the guidance of ADDIE model guided students to apply the knowledge and skills acquired from physics courses,combining signal analysis and other methods,to solve medical problems in real life.The teaching goal of enhancing interdisciplinary awareness,cultivating innovative thinking and improving problem-solving ability could be achieved.Taking intonation test project as an example,after understanding the physiological structure of the pronunciation organ,physical modeling was conducted for the pronunciation process and intonation,sound was collected and spectrum analysis was done through Audition audio software.The intonation test plan was formulated according to the standard piano tone and the interviewees with good music training.The influence of factors such as self-awareness of intonation and throat discomfort caused by the novel coronavirus infection on intonation was analyzed.The implementation result of the project showed that the intonation and throat state of the tested subjects could be objectively evaluated by intonation curve.The medical application experiments was accomplished by the team work and self exploration of the students.It was a typical interdisciplinary STEM practice,and it revealed the benefits of the medical physics experiments on cultivating the interdisciplinary ability.
