摘　　要：临床实践能力的培养是医学教育改革的重点,目前消化内科的实习带教主要集中在理论知识,内镜的临床实践教学一直是实习带教中的“盲区”。传统的“填鸭式”教学、视频教学及观摩教学注重教学理论知识,忽略了学生的实践能力。虚拟消化内镜技术将是今后消化内科临床实践教学的发展方向之一,其不仅形象生动地展示了消化道解剖结构、疾病的诊治思维和过程,加深了学生对基础理论知识的掌握,更使学生对内镜操作有了初步的感官体验,获得更多的实践操作机会,有利于提高学生的学习兴趣,激发其进一步学习探索的欲望和动力,使学生从被动学习变为主动学习,进一步提高实践能力。文章旨在通过介绍虚拟消化内镜技术,以期提高临床内镜实习的教学质量及效率,增强学生的实践能力。The cultivation of clinical practice ability is the focus of medical education reform.At present,the practice teaching of gastroenterology mainly focuses on theoretical knowledge,while the clinical practice teaching of endoscopy has always been a"blind spot"in the practice teaching.Traditional"cramming"teaching,video teaching and observation teaching pay attention to teaching theory knowledge,but ignore students'practical ability.Virtual digestive endoscopy technology will be one of the development directions of clinical practice teaching of gastroenterology in the future.It not only vividly demonstrates the anatomical structure of digestive tract and the thinking and process of diagnosis and treatment of diseases,but also deepens students'grasp of basic theoretical knowledge,enables students to have preliminary sensory experience of endoscopic operation,and has more practical operation opportunities,which is conducive to improving students'learning interest.Stimulate their desire and motivation for further study and exploration,so that students can change from passive learning to active learning,and further improve their practical ability.This article aims to improve the teaching quality and efficiency of clinical endoscopy practice and enhance students'practical ability by introducing virtual digestive endoscopy technology.
