摘  要:目的 探讨线上+线下混合式教学模式在儿科实习教学中的成效评价。方法 选取2021年7月—2022年6月在广东省人民医院儿科实习的120名医学生,随机分为对照组60名和试验组,各60名。对照组采用传统教学法,试验组采用线上+线下混合式教学法。实习结束后比较两组学生出科理论考试、操作技能考试及总成绩。采用满意度问卷调查两组学生对教学效果的评价。结果 试验组理论考试成绩、总成绩均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),两组技能操作考试成绩差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。试验组问卷调查显示在提高学习兴趣、自学能力、团队合作、临床思维能力及教学满意度等方面均较对照组提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 线上+线下混合式教学模式可有效调动儿科实习医师学习的主观能动性,提高团队合作、临床实践能力和儿科教学质量。Objective To explore the effectiveness evaluation of the blended teaching mode of online+offline in pediatric practice teaching.Methods A total of 120 medical students practicing in the department of pediatrics of Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital from July 2021 to June 2022 were selected and randomly divided into 60 students in the control group and 60 students in the experimental group.The traditional teaching method was adopted in the control group,and the blended teaching method of online+offline was adopted in the experimental group.After the internship,the differences in the theory test,operation skills test and total score of the two groups of students were compared.A satisfaction questionnaire was used to investigate the evaluation of the two groups of students on the teaching effect.Results The theoretical test scores and total scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),There was no significant difference in the skill operation test scores between the two groups(P>0.05).The questionnaire survey of the experimental group showed that the improvement of learning interest,self-learning ability,teamwork,clinical thinking ability and teaching method satisfaction were improved compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The blended teaching mode of online+offline can effectively mobilize the subjective initiative of pediatric interns in learning,and improve teamwork,clinical practice ability and pediatric teaching quality.
