摘　　要：目的调查实习护生心理健康状况,分析其影响因素。方法随机抽取皖南医学院弋矶山医院320名实习护生作为调查对象,采用自行设计的一般资料问卷、自测健康评定量表、中国大学生积极心理品质量表、情绪智力量表、简易应对方式量表和成人心理弹性量表进行问卷调查,利用多元线性回归分析、相关分析、关系路径分析等方法进行数据分析。结果实习护生心理健康得分为(7.21±1.25),处于中等水平。不同年龄、学历、居住者关系得分不同且具有统计学意义(F=7.974、9.705、4.567,P<0.05)。情绪智力与心理健康呈正相关,心理弹性与心理健康呈正相关。应对方式和积极心理品质在实习护生的情绪智力与心理健康间起链式中介作用。结论实习护生心理健康有待提高。情绪智力、应对方式、积极心理品质及心理弹性越高者,心理健康水平越高。情绪智力可以直接预测实习护生的心理健康,还可以通过应对方式-积极心理品质的链式中介效应影响实习护生的心理健康。Objective To investigate the mental health status of nursing students and analyze its influencing factors.Methods A total of 320 intern nursing students were randomly selected from Yijishan Hospital of Wannan Medical College as survey subjects.The Self-Designed General Data Questionnaire,Self-Rated Health Assessment Scale,Chinese College Students Positive Psychological Quality Scale,Emotional Intelligence Scale,Simple Coping Scale,and Adult Psychological Resilience Scale were used for the questionnaire survey.Multiple linear regression analysis,correlation analysis,the relationship path analysis,and other methods were used for data analysis.Results The score of mental health of nursing students was(7.21±1.25),which was at the middle level.The scores of different age,education background and resident relationship were different and had statistical significantce(F=7.974,9.705,4.567,P<0.05).Emotional intelligence was positively correlated with mental health,and mental resilience was positively correlated with mental health.Coping style and positive psychological quality played a significant chain mediating role between emotional intelligence and mental health of nursing students.Conclusion The mental health of nursing students should be improved.The higher the level of mental health is related to the higher emotional intelligence,coping style,positive psychological quality,and psycholo gical resilience.Emotional intelligence can directly predict the mental health of nursing students,and can also affect the mental health of nursing interns through the chain intermediary effect of coping style-positive psychological quality.
