摘 要:目的研究口腔科实习带教中基于问题的学习法(problem based learning,PBL)联合戴明环(plan do check action,PDCA)循环教学法运用的效果。方法选取2022年5月—2023年5月在潍坊医学院附属医院口腔科实习的40名实习生为研究对象,运用随机数表法分为两组。其中20名纳入研究组,执行PBL联合PDCA循环教学法教学,20名纳入对照组,执行常规带教。分析不同带教法的教学效果。结果研究组实习生考核成绩、综合能力、批判性思维能力以及对教学满意度均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用PBL联合PDCA循环教学法对口腔科实习生带教,对其专业能力、综合能力以及批判性思维能力等提升均有助益,亦可提升实习生对教学的满意度。Objective To study the effect of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with plan do check action(PDCA)cycle teaching method in stomatology internship teaching.Methods Forty interns who interned in the Department of Stomatology of Affiliated Hospital of Weifang Medical College from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups by random number method grouping method.20 of them were included in the study group,which was taught by PBL combined with the PDCA cycle teaching method,and 20 were included in the control group,which was taught by conventional teaching.Analyzed the effect of the different teaching methods.Results The interns'assessment scores,comprehensive ability,critical thinking ability and satisfaction with teaching in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of PBL and PDCA cycle teaching method to teach stomatology interns can help to improve their professional ability,comprehensive ability and critical thinking ability,and also improve the interns'satisfaction with the teaching.
